At Softyu, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags (if applicable).

  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item was shipped.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
