Thank you for shopping with Softyu. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, if tracking is available.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Softyu is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and work to provide a suitable resolution.
